Welcome to UNITECH HUB. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Our Services
UNITECH HUB provides JAMB Computer-Based Test (CBT) practice to help students prepare for the examination. Features may include:
- Practice questions and mock exams for selected JAMB subjects
- Exam results, answer review, history, and performance summaries
- JAMB preparation materials made available in the app
3. User Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account details and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, access another user’s account, copy or redistribute protected questions or materials without permission, or use the service for an unlawful purpose.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Access to JAMB CBT practice may require a paid plan when payments are enabled. The price and access period are shown before checkout. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Paystack processes payments; UNITECH HUB does not receive or store your full card details.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, its branding, software, and materials we provide remain the property of UNITECH HUB or their respective licensors. You may use practice questions and materials for personal study, but may not copy, publish, sell, or redistribute them without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
UNITECH HUB is provided “as is”. We work to keep the JAMB practice service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or any particular examination result. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create a security risk. You may request account deletion from Settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
